Order Confirmation

Upon successful order placement, you will receive an email confirmation from us. If you have any special requests regarding your order, please be sure to leave a message in your order or contact us via email.

Order Processing Notes

Note: For orders containing multiple items, the processing time shall be subject to the item with the longest processing duration.
We conduct strict quality inspections on all products and ensure they are properly packaged before dispatch. We are pleased to inform you that most of our orders can now be shipped within 72 hours. Please note, however, that some special models may require 7–12 business days for processing due to inventory availability.
Important Reminder: Order processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time required for you to receive your package is calculated as: Total Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time.If you encounter any issues during order processing or shipping, you may submit a ticket through our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated customer service team will get in touch with you within 24 hours.
